This 28 cm frying pan from the Cambridge collection by GreenPan takes advantage of a glossy exterior that makes it perfect for the contemporary kitchen.
It features a unique diamond-enhanced Thermolon Infinity ceramic interior that gives fast, even heat distribution, as well as outstanding non-stick performance and durability.
The coated gloss finish is nice and easy to clean, and is designed to work in conjunction with the Magneto induction base. A Stay-cool Bakelite handle offers a comfortable grip, and the pan is oven safe up to 180°/350°/Gas Mark 4, so you can start a meal on the hob and finish it in the oven.
This pan is perfect for the environmentally conscious home cook, using up to 60% less CO2 during the application process of its non-stuck coating.
